Orphanage and Website Separate Identities
The orphanage in India and the website are viewed as having separate identities. The two identities and their relationships are described below:

Agape Children's Home (orphanage)
This is the orphanage which exists in Manipur India. It is a registered charity in India with four executive members of staff who reside in India.

Agape-CH.org (website)
The website is referred to as Agape-CH.org, this is not the same body as Agape Children's Home. It is owned and operated by Martin Blackburn who is in regular contact with the orphanage in the UK.
The Agape Children's Home is an orphanage in Manipur, India. The Agape-CH.org website is an operation that has been set up to support Agape Children's Home. Any funds raised by the website will first be used to finance the running of the website and second, be donated directly to the orphanage. No one involved with the websites management or operations receive any profits or payment from either donations through the website or the Agape Children's Home.
